Shenyang City University (SYCU), approved by the State Ministry of Education, is a full-time higher education institute providing undergraduate education. Shenyang City University, originally known as Technology and Engineering College of Shenyang University, was founded in 2001 in the background of China’s rapid economic takeoff. SYCU is located in Shenyang Green Island Forest Park, amidst an elegant and pleasant scenery area. It nestles below Phoenix Hill and surrounds Green Island Lake, covering an area of more than 700,000 square meters, with nearly 40 classical and modern buildings around.
