Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is founded in 1959 and located in Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi province, China. The university has four beautiful campuses, which cover a total area of 2308 Mu (about 154 hectares). There is 400,000 sq meters of building space on the collective campuses. There are 15 teaching institutes. There are 2 directly attached hospitals and 8 non-directly attached hospitals. The teaching and scientific research equipments are valued at 137 million Yuan. The university library is home to 1.1 million copies (hardcopy) of books, over 557,800 electronic books. There are currently over 18,000 full-time students enrolled for different disciplines and academic levels. There are 771 professional teachers, among whom, 551 have PhD or master degrees, 428 hold senior professional titles. There are 7 faculty members entitled as the “National Excellent Teacher”, 66 experts enjoy special stipend awarded by the State Council or Jiangxi Provincial Government.
